Qualification

Its aim is to reduce barriers (structural inequalities), to promote diversity, to spread democratic values and to enable equal participation on a local level. It works in a partisan manner for marginalized groups and groups affected by discrimination and racism. It takes a stand against all forms of discrimination and racism by making them visible, communicating their unconscious mechanisms and supporting effective solutions in terms of participation and inclusion.

In doing so, the following discriminations and racist experiences are planned as our main topics:
